Automated Valuation Model (AVM)

Economical, quick means to value alternate than that of a full appraisal.

Broker Price Opinion (BPO)

Estimated value of a property as determined by a licensed Realtor®. Quicker turn-around and more economical than a full appraisal.  A BPO is based on external characteristics of the property.

Property Condition Report (PCR)

Ensure the property is in typical condition for the neighborhood, especially after a disaster or long-term vacancy. Our PCR includes a photograph, and can be combined with an AVM.
